Her professional practice focuses on Criminal and Procedural Criminal Law, as well as providing consultations regarding Criminal Compliance. With extensive experience in criminal litigation, her advisory services cover handling inquiries, investigations, and criminal proceedings, especially those related to corporates and economic crimes. She joined Miranda & Amado in 2025 as Senior Associate. Previously, she was a Senior Associate in the criminal area at Estudio Olaechea (2018 - 2025). Maria Fernanda holds a Law degree from Universidad de San Martin de Porres and a Master´s in International Environmental Law from the University of Kent. Her native language is Spanish, and she speaks fluent English and Portugues.
