Previously, he was an associate at Benites, Forno & Ugaz Abogados from 2000 to 2007 and a Partner from 2008 to 2018. Willy holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has completed the Master’ Degree Program in Regulation at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas - UPC. He has served as professor at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has participated as a speaker at academic events in his area of expertise.
