His professional practice focuses on competition law, administrative law and regulation. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2021. Prior to that, he worked at Díez Canseco Law Firm (2019-2021) and at the Peruvian Competition Agency (Comisión de Defensa de la Libre Competencia del INDECOPI, 2018). Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and has studies in Public Law at the Universität zu Köln (Germany). He is teaching assistant of “Competition Law” at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has been General Coordinator of the Research Group on Administrative Law - TIDA of the UNMSM and scholar of the of the Peru’s Telecommunications Regulator (OSIPTEL). He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English and German.
