He also has extensive experience in advising on administrative and judicial litigation in companies in the health sector, education and regulated industries. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2023. Previously, he was Senior Associate at Estudio Stucchi Abogados (2023), and Associate at Estudio Muñiz (2021 to 2023). José holds a law degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo and has postgraduate studies in Administrative Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, in Regulatory Quality Analysis from Universidad de Piura, in Arbitration in Public Procurement from Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas and in Free Competition from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been adjunct professor of the administrative law course at the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Esan from 2021 to 2023. He has participated as a speaker in academic events related to his area of expertise. He is also the author of several articles in law journals. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
