His professional practice focuses on tax consulting and tax planning of highly complex local and cross-border transactions related to the acquisition and sale of companies, M&A, financing and other transactions. He also has wide experience representing clients before the Tax Administration, Tax Court and the Judiciary on contentious and non-contentious proceedings. He is an associate at Miranda & Amado since 2011 and holds a Law Degree since 2013 issued by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Eduardo is a member of the Instituto Peruano de Derecho Tributario (IPDT) [Peruvian Tax Law Institute] and has experience as assistant professor of tax courses at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
