His professional practice focuses on tax legal advice, operations of transfer and acquisition of companies, as well as tax reviews in due diligence processes and tax returns. He has been an associate of Miranda & Amado since 2017. In addition to his Law Degree, Ricardo holds a Public Accountant Degree, which allows his tax practice to be integrated with a full understanding of accounting and financial regulations. Previously, he worked at Ernst and Young (2013-2016). Ricardo is Lawyer and a Public Accountant by the Pontificia Universidad. He is a member of the Instituto Peruano de Derecho Tributario (IPDT) [Peruvian Tax Law Institute]. His native language is Spanish and is fluent in English.
