After months of effort and dedication, the IV Labor Law National Litigation Contest organized by our firm along with the Derecho y Sociedad magazine of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and sponsored by Banco de Credito del Peru.

Out of the two teams, “Justitia Et Prudentiae” team (plaintiff) led by Ana Carolina Villalobos Aguinaga and Juan José Alonso Núñez Muñoz, law students of the Toribio de Mogrovejo Catholic University, from Chiclayo city, and “Loi de Justice “(defendant) with Pamela Giulianna Pérez Raymundo and Carlos Aldair Ortiz Palomino of Universities San Marcos and San Martin de Porres, respectively, the former was the winner.

Besides, the “Iure et de Iure” group led María Belén Ramírez Gómez and Geancarlos Rolando Rivera Alvarado of the San Martín de Porres University won the third place. For their part, Jeyli Yuriko Delgado Celis of the Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University, of Chiclayo city, received the best speaker award.

It is important to highlight that this initiative involved more than 100 law students nationwide. They had the opportunity to experience labor law litigation at the highest level in writing, orally and through audiovisuals before legal experts and magistrates in office. This experience will help them consolidate their academic and professional training.
