Her professional practice focuses on legal advice in matters related to individual and collective labor relations, collective bargaining, direct and indirect hiring, disciplinary procedures, occupational health and safety, prevention and sanction of sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as labor inspections and administrative procedures. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2024. Previously, she was an Associate at Miranda & Amado (2019-2023), an Associate at Rubio, Leguia & Normand (2018-2019), and an Advisor at the Directorate of Labor Standards of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (2016-2017). Valeria is a Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Business School of the University of Sussex. She has been a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Legal Sciences course at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2018-2020). Her native language is Spanish, and she is fluent in English.
