His professional practice focuses on legal advice on labor law and labor procedural law. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2018. Prior to that, he worked at Priori & Carrillo Law Firm (2016 – 2017), at Hernández & Ugarelli Law Firm (2015-2016), at Hernández & Compañía Law Firm (2010-2015), at Hernández & Maruy Law Firm (2007-2010), at Roselló Law Firm (2006-2007) and at Chehade, Fonseca, Servat, Suárez & Varela Law Firm (2005-2006). Julio is lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Master in employment, labor relations and Social dialogue in Europe from Universidad Castilla La Mancha. He has been a member of Ius et Veritas – Law Review. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
