Her practice focuses on legal advice integral advisory services for real estate projects, studies of titles, physical sanitation processes and construction law. In addition, she has extensive experience in real estate, corporate, financial, contractual, urban, registry and administrative law, having advised national and foreign companies in the construction, agro-industrial, hotel, energy and financial services sectors, as well as in advising state entities in the acquisition of real rights for the execution of infrastructure projects. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2022. Prior to that, she worked at DLA PIPER Perú Law Firm (2018 – 2022) and at De Bracamonte, Haaker y Castellares Law Firm (2014-2018). Johana is lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
