Additionally, his advisory work includes contracting and execution of significant infrastructure projects using public procurement regulations, standard form construction contracts such as FIDIC, NEC3, and NEC4, as well as public-private partnerships. He joined the firm as an associate in 2024. Joaquín holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He has been a member and Director of the Financing Commission of the Law Review "THĒMIS". His native language is Spanish and she is fluent in English.
