His practice is focused on advising local and international clients structuring, negotiating and with the placement of all kind of credit facilities and debt and equity instruments, including corporate financing, project finance, acquisition finance, distress finance, securitization, public and private issuances of securities, repurchase of securities, among others. He joined the firm as an associate in 2013 and was Foreign Attorney at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, in Washington, DC (2020 and 2021). Gabriel is a lawyer by Universidad de Lima with a Master of Laws (LL.M) by Duke University School of Law, with a Business Certificate (2020). He is native in Spanish, fluid in English and basic in Portugues.
