Eric’s professional practice focuses on labor relations, collective bargaining, occupational safety and health, as well as on inspection procedures and labor lawsuits involving companies in Peru’s key economic sectors. Eric was promoted to partner in 2019, having joined the Firm as an associate in 2008. Previously, he was an associate at Estudio Barrios, Fuentes, Gallo from 2006 to 2008, and at Estudio Echandía, Manini y Padrón in 2005. Eric holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the EAE Business School. His academic credentials also include the Academy of American and International Law program at The Center for American and International Law. He is a professor at Universidad del Pacífico’s School of Law and has been a professor at Pacífico Business School’s Human Resources Specialization Program. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
