Her professional practice focuses on providing legal advice in labor law, immigration, and social security. She advises on the hiring of national and foreign personnel, termination mechanisms, salary planning, labor audits, outsourcing of services and labor intermediation, labor inspections, social security matters, and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection. She also has extensive experience in immigration procedures and residence permits for foreign citizens, as well as other procedures before the National Superintendence of Migration. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2015. Carol holds a Law degree from the University of Piura and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization from Bologna Business School, Italy. She is currently an assistant lecturer for the Labor Law II course at Universidad del Pacifico since 2022. Her native language is Spanish, and she is fluent in English.
