Previously, he worked at Estudio Hernández & Cia. Abogados (2006 – 2008) and Estudio Hernández & Rosselló Abogados (2003 – 2006). Carlos is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Master’s Degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2018). He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
