Partner since 2021; he joined the firm as an Associate in 2008 and was appointed Counsel in 2019. Previously, he worked at Estudio Hernández & Cía. Abogados (2006-2008) and Estudio Hernández & Rosselló Abogados (2003-2006). Carlos is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Master's degree in Mediation, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
