We advised Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. with the Medium-Term Loan Agreement entered into by Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., as lender, and Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A., as borrower, for an amount of up to S/ 125,000,000.00 (one hundred twenty-five million and 00/100 Soles).
