We advised BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Santander US Capital Markets LLC as joint structurers in connection with the issuance by Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) of its 5.650% Subordinated Notes due 2037, for a total principal amount of US$500,000,000. The Notes were issued under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
