We advised Compass Oportunidad Renta Fija Investment Fund on (i) the acquisition of bonds privately issued by Servicios Generales Saturno S.A.C. for an amount of PEN 12.6 million, which were acquired through a payment in kind (exchange) with bonds from the first issuance under the Private Secured Bond Program – Servicios Generales Saturno; and (ii) the acquisition of bonds privately issued by Servicios Generales Saturno S.A.C. under the second issuance of the same program, for an amount of PEN 5.5 million.
