We advised Banco BBVA Perú, as lender, in connection with a medium-term loan agreement granted in favor of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A. (FMV) for an amount of up to S/ 260 million, intended to finance funding needs aimed at FMV’s growth for the construction of social housing in Peru.
