We advised Banco BBVA Perú, as coordinator and lender, and Scotiabank Perú, Banco de Crédito del Perú, Banco Internacional del Perú and Banco BCI Perú, as lenders, in the loan granted to Linzor Capital Partners and its co-investors, for the acquisition of Wi-Net Telecom and for Capex.
