Affinitas, an alliance made up of four top-level independent firms in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, joins forces with Laboratoria, a non-profit organization that seeks to train low-income women in technological skills for their insertion in the labor market, to organize the first regional Legal Hackathon. The event offers legal managers of various companies a platform to solve challenges and improve the user experience of their internal clients.
The participating companies, after carrying out a training process and identifying opportunities within their legal areas, will work on these challenges in collaboration with the graduates of Laboratoria, and with the mentoring of Affinitas member firms, and try to develop a solution in 5 days.
This project has the virtue of combining efforts aimed at promoting innovation in legal departments, as well as supporting Laboratoria in their training work, contributing to developing a more diverse, inclusive and competitive digital economy in Latin America.

The Legal Hackathon will take place between November 23 and 27 and the final presentation of the solutions will be broadcasted simultaneously on social networks in the four participating countries.
