Research and analysis of perception and expectations of the local community in relation to the project, in order to identify potential opportunities and social risks for the development of the project.  Includes a complete stakeholder assessment, in which individuals and groups of interest are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively, as well as their motivations and influence in decision making.
