On May 23, Miranda & Amado hosted a roundtable organized by renowned international publication Latin Lawyer and held at the Marriott Hotel.

The exclusive event was attended by the senior partners of top Peruvian law firms, who exchanged views on the opportunities and challenges law firms are facing today.

“Hosting this event strengthens our image abroad as a benchmark for the legal profession. It was the perfect setting to meet with colleagues to analyze the Peruvian legal environment, as well as the challenges ahead,” said Juan Luis Avendaño, Managing Partner at Miranda & Amado.

Attendees discussed the increased internationalization of the Peruvian legal market, the different strategies adopted by local firms to deal with change, the growing participation of women in leadership roles, and recent cases of corporate corruption.

It is worth noting that this event had not been held in Peru since 2014, Colombia hosting its latest edition.
