We participated in the 2018 Third Talent Fest, organized by Laboratoria, leading social entrepreneurship in the country and pro bono client since its foundation, which works to train young women as web developers.

The hackathon aimed at testing the abilities of the course’s female graduates, through challenges whose solutions called for the development of prototype digital responses.

The challenge selected as the winner of the Talent Fest was designed by the firm’s Innovation Committee and solved by six Laboratoria students. It consisted of a legal requirement associated with knowledge management.

In this way, we have become the first legal firm in Peru to participate in this type of event, as further evidence of our commitment to serving as a catalyst for ideas and promoting innovation both within and beyond the firm.

It should be noted that our Innovation Committee is composed by our lawyers and administrative staff, and exists to provide tools designed to contribute to the firm’s commitment to continuous improvement through creativity.
