His professional practice focuses on structuring and negotiation of financing transactions, regulation of the financial system and regulation of the insurance system, as well as providing legal advice on matters related to Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2025. Rodrigo has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He has been president of the Board of Directors of Themis Civil Association (Journal of Law) and member of the finalist team of the “MootComp 2023” and of the PUCP team in the “XVII International Arbitration Competition”. In addition, he was a beneficiary of the “Excellence Scholarships” (2024) granted by the PUCP to study Artificial Intelligence and Law at the University of Cambridge. His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English and intermediate German.
