His professional practice is focused on judicial and arbitration proceedings, especially on the advisory of companies in legal proceedings in civil, commercial, contentious-administrative and, especially, in constitutional matters. He has been an associate of Miranda & Amado Abogados since 2023. Omar holds a Bachelor’s Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He is an associate member of “Grupo de Investigación sobre Proceso, Derecho y Justicia – PRODEJUS” and a principal member of “Taller de Derecho Constitucional of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos”. His native language is Spanish and speaks fluently English and Portuguese.
