His professional practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, financings, capital markets, corporate and civil law. He was an associate of the firm during the period 2014 - 2018, and again since May 2022. During the period 2019 – April 2022, he worked as a senior associate at Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados. He has been an associate professor of the Companies course at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. José Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
