Her professional practice focuses on financing, securities market regulation, financial system regulation and insurance system regulation. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2023. Previously, she was a legal intern in an Investment Fund Management Company (2020-2021). Johanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), where she has been a teaching assistant of Civil Law courses and a member of the Board of Directors of THĒMIS Law Review. Furthermore, she was a fellow of the Second Winter Program at Universidad Diego Portales in Chile (2019) and beneficiary of the fellowship “Luis Carlos Rodrigo Mazuré” granted by Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano to finish her studies at PUCP. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
