Her main professional practice is on the real estate, administrative and registry area. She has been an associate of Miranda & Amado since 2017. Prior to that, she was an associate lawyer at Estudio De La Flor, García Montufar, Arata y Asociados, actively participating in operations related to legal and physical titling of properties, titling studies, regularization of buildings, among others. Additionally, she worked as a Registrant in the Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble de la Zona Registral No. IX – Lima office (SUNARP). Jessica is a lawyer from Universidad San Martin de Porres and holds a Master of Registry and Notary Law, from the same university. She has been a teaching assistant in the specialization course in Registry and Real Estate Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
