Felipe is the Director of Legal Innovation at Miranda & Amado. He joined the firm as an associate in 2009. From his experience providing labor counsel to corporations, he has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in organizational change processes, deployment of protocols and guidelines for work organization, risk management and labor processes. Felipe is passionate about the intersection between law, technology and design and about the use of data for the generation and demonstration of value. He is co-founder of Lima Legal Hackers and a professor of Legal Management in the Master of Business Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Felipe is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and holds a Master’s Degree in Science specialized in management, organizations and innovation from London School of Economics (LSE), where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a certification from the International Institute of Legal Project Management as LPP (Legal Project Practitioner) and is a graduate of the Diploma in Legal Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
