His professional practice focuses on advising mining companies on contractual, corporate, regulatory, and social management matters related to the development, construction, and operation of projects. His experience includes corporate matters, the design and implementation of regulatory strategies, the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts, as well as the execution of due diligence processes. He also advises companies in the hydrocarbons and transport infrastructure sectors. He has been a teaching assistant for the Economic Administrative Law course and the Environmental Management Clinic at Universidad del Pacífico. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2024. Previously, he worked at APM Terminals Callao and Estudio Echecopar. César holds a law degree from Universidad del Pacífico (2025) and completed PROINVERSIÓN’s University Extension Program (2023). His native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English.
