His professional practice focuses on legal advice on regulatory, administrative and contractual matters for the development of investment projects. His advice includes the obtaining of authorizations, defense in administrative sanctioning procedures, contractual matters and due diligence processes to local and foreign companies in different sectors, with emphasis on extractive industries and public-private partnerships. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2024. Previously he worked at APM Terminals Callao and Estudio Echecopar. Cesar holds a law degree from Universidad del Pacífico (2022) and graduated from PROINVERSION's University Extension Course (2023). He is currently a teaching assistant of the Administrative Economic Law course at Universidad del Pacífico. His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English.
