Her professional practice focuses on regulatory and administrative matters. She has gained significant legal and technical knowledge in regulated sectors such as fishing, pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, education, and especially telecommunications. In the latter, she has been involved in projects related to the deployment, access, and shared use of active and passive telecommunications infrastructure, supervision processes conducted by OSIPTEL, administrative procedures with tax implications, dispute resolution between companies, as well as obtaining permits, licenses, and related authorizations required in the sector. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2013. Fabiana holds a law degree from the University of Piura and an MBA from EAE Business School in Barcelona, complemented by an Extension Program in Digital Transformation and Innovation Management from UC Berkeley – California. Her native language is Spanish, and she is fluent in English.
